Optimum Tax Return is headed by David Parker, a Chartered Tax Adviser with years’ of experience working across Irish tax, business tax and financial services.

My professional background combines specialist tax training with a strong legal foundation. I hold a Master’s degree in Taxation, two Bachelor of Laws degrees, and the Chartered Tax Adviser qualification from the Irish Tax Institute. Before establishing Optimum Tax Return, I gained experience in tax and professional-services roles, supporting individuals and businesses with tax compliance, technical queries and the preparation of tax returns.

I founded Optimum Tax Return to make professional tax support more accessible, straightforward and personal. Tax can often feel complicated, especially when dealing with Revenue, claiming reliefs or trying to understand which rules apply to your circumstances. My aim is to remove that uncertainty by explaining matters clearly and helping clients meet their obligations while claiming the tax reliefs and credits available to them.
